Quorum

A quorum is one half of the voting membership, plus one person. At this time, the quorum for the production group is between 6 and 7 people. The Outreach Director will maintain a list of the voting membership.


Statement on Decision Making Processes

We will strive to make decisions by consensus. Where this is not possible, we will vote either at that meeting, or, where we anticipate others not attending may have a stake in the issue, or for contentious issues, we will pre-announce pending decisions and vote at the subsequent meeting. All decisions may be revisited at the following meeting.
