Animation was also discussed.

Jim - meeting time versus city council meeting time issue. We could maybe meet a half hour later to let people attend the public comment part of the City Council Meeting on Mondays. Various ideas for getting the meeting on tape. Several people will try to do so.

Segment Progress and Ideas

Ricardo - a reporter for Globe/Herald spoke at his school about a trip to N.O - Ricardo thinks the reporter would be willing to give an interview

Birgit - has footage of an interview with a Texas activist re: Dow Chemical and Bopal explosion.

Jacques - still planning to interview producer he knows (Lynnette Lovean Saaxe) of a play on Black History Month, to happen in Feb, old footage available, location of play under negotiation at present. Angel & Paul involved?

Angel and Jennifer/Paul - story about a Mosque on Prospect Street expanding.

Ann C. - City Council Dance follow up. Still interested in New Orleans story. May travel there. Could maybe interview the student who was at Harvard and wanted to stay. Jacques knows Don Vavaseur who was at the base on Cape Cod who might be able to provide connections to refugees in area.

Jacques - Friday Night Blues thing at VFW hall - (different then the large VFW hall being bought by Cambridge).

Angel et al. - project which was supported by Menino, withdrawn after bad press mentioning el kaida. suit for slander in progress. (David Project - suers or project name?)

Jen - miilitary recruiting, more mosque, interview is next move

Paul - new CRLS segment, computer Lab.

Jim's conclusion as ep was there there was enough stuff that might actually happen that we were on track for an episode on the current schedule.
