talked about next EP and who was doing what:
- Gabrielle *had a great hand out for all of us detailing her segment(s)
Two interviews for piece on MBTA property sale Alice Wolf interview done (State Rep) Cambridge Glass History piece Focus on fundraiser event
- Matt*: Possible piece on "sister city" Cambridge england.
- Ann:* Katrina piece for June
- Ann:* VFW piece for April
- Angel:* Track meet piece: 2 meets per year -- March and June
- Angel:* Urban walk for Haiti in Harvard (Sunday 4/8)
- Jennifer:* Got in touch with producer of running of the brides piece.
Wants to get another interview from Filenes'.
- Paul:* Ringe & Latin new media facility piece from Paul. 80% of main
narrative done, looking to Paul for next month.
- Birgit* has some interstitial material for next show: Nice days in Cambridge
- AGREED:* that *Gabrielles *proceedure of an "outline" or breif story board should be adopted by all members producing sements.
- AGREED: *that *Elisa* will chair the meeting next time so Anne can attend Edit Help. She will make the agenda and send out the minutes as well, performing "administrative" tasks for the month or until someone wants to/needs to take over the tasks.
- AGREED: *that *Jennifer*: Resurrect class.
Screening becomes recruiting event*
More forward planning:* camera session ossibility of "story plan" before submission Vanessa (Jennifer intern) can help *Ann* with technical part of editing.* Elisa:* follow up with Ann and Vanessa -- make sure they get in touch.
- Angel*: deadline crunch."stay focused"
Need way to communicate "what needs to be done" to new producers in order to produce a segment.
- Ann & Buz*: meet on Wednesday 2:00 to test some of her audio.
