Reminders:

Anniversary party will be in July.

Ann will be away (in July) until July 12.

Discussion:

Guest speaker Jason decided to wait until we had a bigger group.

CC has experience with livetype which could give us another way to do the continuity stuff (pre and mid show teasers). He will work a bit with Buz on this.

Freeman Z thinks the teasers are very important.

Stories possible for next episode (#11) -

Angel (2) Birgit, Gabrielle (glass blowing), Rock (gas prices), Jen, FreemanZ

If all these come in, we will have a start on episode 12, since they can't all fit in one show. This is good.

We reconsidered the deadline issue discussed at the previous meeting. Since CCTV will be closed the Sunday before and the Monday of our regular air date, the next show will premier on thursday June 1 (in its regular thursday am time slot) and we will have our party on the following monday, June 5 when we can watch the show at the usual time.

Due dates:

story outlines: monday, may 8 rough cuts, monday may 15 Almost finished segments shown… monday, may 22 finished segments: tuesday, may 23.

Finding a new or interim EP. Buz and Jen will be co-temporary EP's for a week. So if you need an EP to talk to, call one of us.

Intern issues:

Further discussion of intern duties.

The intern will have a set of fixed duties and Jenn will supervise. These duties are printing agenda and minutes, reserving room, calling people when necessary. Getting to know our process and helping people with editing comes next, time allowing.

The intern is welcome to participate as a member if he or she wishes, but this is on his or her own time.
