Minutes of Meeting 05-08-06

Segments: Rough cuts the 15th = show something + a written draft/outline and come up with a blurb (short summary) of your show for the press release. Will be taking meeting time to talk about segment blurbs for press releases.

Final cuts- 5/23 (tuesday) Show- 6/1* tentative Party- 6/1* tentative, pending room negotiations. This will be good since there is an oreintation on that thursday so we are hoping that people will come in right from orientation and get them drunk.

Outreach plans: Press releases to everyone involved/mentioned in the episode or who would want to know about Independent Media. Will be taking meeting time to talk about segment blurbs for press releases. Talked about putting show on web.
