Minutes for July 11, 2005

Matt runs this meeting.

We start at about 7:00

Minutes approval: No comments. Minutes approved

We add to the agenda: can we get DVDs of show for everyone? Added after discussion of new show.

We discuss final changes: Suggestions to speed up:

Angel: Shave a few seconds off painting stuff Bike week: intro tight Moogie: Mention that bike week is annual, add url

Moogie: Add 1 on 1 interview for next show?

Moogie: Steve should interview more men.

Angel: People on street -- do they need to say their names?

We are just under 30 minutes. Adding black between pieces make things longer.

Moogie: Ready to let go of piece. Edit away. (Hindu philosophy: Just let go.)

Moogie: Are we promoting piece? Lets use BLive show time to plug the show.

- Renato & Andrew volunteer to do an ad/promo to plug the show. Renato will send out email about when this will happen after editing.

Moogie: Tell Eli to send out email to belivers: guest available to talk about YouAreHere.

Moogie volunteers his place for a viewing.

Jim volunteers to bring beer.

We need to have a meeting to have a closing/brainstorming session to close out this Episode. People are too tired to plan for next meeting

Monday's meeting will feature new officer selection for EP role. Matt will send out announcement of "election" next week.

Angel: Lets try to keep things going with current roles as long as we can to maintain continuity.

People seem tired, we decide to end the meeting.
