Cambridge Forum/ Art Gallery

Andrew has a very rough cut of the cambridge forum artist interviews:

we discussed how many artists should be included; would it be better to have just a few artists but covered in depth, or many artists but only briefly mentioned

Andrew wants to go back and get more b-roll

Elizabeth said she would have lots of time this week to help

Ann will retake stills of the artwork

watched pieces of Buz' recordings at the Cambridge Forum

Buz will make 5min piece about speaker at Cambridge Forum

Bhopal Resolution:

Birgit will edit

Buz recorded City council meeting on VCR

Khatami at Harvard: ~5min

Freeman Z: Kathrina march, done, ~7min

=> 25min - that should make a show

we watched Freeman Z's piece

would be good if lower thirds were added

Buz will ask whether the piece can be shortened a bit

Elizabeth suggested including crowd shots

press release:

Jamie wrote a release, Ann had comments on how to improve it

Birgit will send old releases to Jamie

Intros:

Buz has time to shoot intros this weekend, Elizabeth has time to help

Ann needs crew on Thursday or Friday for interview at MIT: Buz volunteered to help
