Minutes of Meeting 10-10-05

reconstituted minutes of 10-10-05 newsgroup meeting.

(Buz forgot to take minutes, then later lost the few notes he took. These re reconstituted from discussion at next meeting and Jim's notes.)

Attendees - Jim, Birgit, Buz, Ann. We met at the Wainwright bank meeting room in Central Square, since CCTV was closed for Columbus Day.

DVDs were not ready but would be by Wednesday.

Ann wanted to know air times for the show - they are Sunday at 5:00pm, Monday at 8:20pm, and Thursday at 7:30pm, on CCTV channel 10.

Checkins. Checkins of segment progress happened but are not recorded here. [They are mace obsolet by recorded checkins in 10-17-05 minutes.]

Long discussion about our next show-premier party-meeting. Since the last party didn't accomplish much outreach, we decided to make the next one a big outreach push with flyers - Birgit volunteered to do a flyer and we will place them in targeted locations in hopes of snaring likely producers, not just hungry party goers.

Web page - Buz had preliminary web page text - Birgit will put it on the web for us.

Also Jim will be getting web streams of other episodes online for us.

Press Pass - Ann C would like to get press passes. Buz - aren't passes issued by organizations being covered, like the white house, film festivals, etc. Only partially serious suggestion - we could print our own. Note - having a web page will help us when asking for a press credential. No resolution.
