Minutes of Meeting 10-28-07

We decided to air on 10/29 as planned and some of the meeting time was spent on getting things ready for that. All stories were ready apart from Palestinian Film Festival (which was expected imminently)

Group Project

We discussed the general idea again and tentatively decided to look into doing a piece on water quality in Cambridge

CCTV Orientation

Jim will give a short talk about YAH to this. Eliora was to ask him to tell them that we will have a screening on Sunday

Index Stories on Web

Matt has done this but it can't go 'live' until all the manually added shows (i.e. one html web page per show) are transferred to the new system (ongoing)

Role Changes

After much discussion, Birgit resigned as EP, Ann became EP, Matt became facilitator, Eliora became Outreach. Unclear whether Buz remains Technical Director, but Birgit would like to work on the layout of the show in some capacity

Workshop

We didn't have a workshop as Andrew couldn't be with us. Time was used to get show ready.
