- Visit collaborative courses (like Showtime) to recruit folks who enjoy working in a group setting or peer-mentoring environment

- Plug with banner on CCTV window?
- Have You Are Here people give presentation at CCTV orientation.
- Parties - each premier have a party instead of a meeting
- Organize meetings so they aren't "Meetings" - i.e. two producers meetings, one party meeting, one business meeting per month...
